Take Part in Something Great

As your councilman I am proud of what I have been able to achieve for Thornton and I will continue to advocate for strong public safety, thriving small businesses, and improving infrastructure.

Putting My Experience to Work

Infrastructure

  • Over 223 miles and counting of new bike lane miles!

  • Materials recycled: ~22,346 tons since 2018.

  • 17 capital improvement projects completed, including Carpenter Rec Center Pool modifications, Active Adult Center, 144th Ave Widening, and much more!

  • Completion of the Cooley Easts Reservoir Pump Station Project, allowing the integration of the 2,700-acre foot reservoir into Thorntons raw water supply.

Supporting Small Business

  • In 2020, launching the Alliance Business Assistance Center. A one-of-a-kind resource unique to Thornton. Offering free small business support in both English and Spanish.

  • In 2021, launching a pilot Entrepreneurship Grant program to better support and grow business.

  • First municipality in Colorado to launch Telemedicine Services in EMS.

Public Safety and Health

  • Three new Fire Stations, in geographically optimized areas to maximize the speed of response.

  • Free Test to Treat Program

  • First municipality in Colorado to launch Telemedicine Services in EMS.

  • State of the art Police Training Facility. Consisting of a classroom, a low-speed driving track, adaptable environments for officers to practice defensive tactics, simulation training and an area for canine training.
